Fallen Off the Scale

I have been so darn good it was scary.

But something in me is stopping me from moving on.

I have fallen off the scale.

I am not doing well with my diet.

It's almost like I am content where I am (BUT I want to lose more).

I need to lose more.


Everyday I think I am starting off right but somewhere I lose sight of the big picture.

I need to get back on track....


  1. Talk to Lori! That girl is inspiring these days~ I am with you. Sadly, no matter how healthy I eat or how much I run, my weight stays the EXACT same... drat!

  2. Hang in there. You might have hit a plateau. Change your exercising routine; mix things up a bit and try something different. Keep at it, though. You'll start doing well again!


  3. Oh Ziz ~ I hear you. I start out so good in the morning and wanting chocolate after supper. I do better some days than others. The week-ends are scary ~ last week I was surprised I lost a thing. I keep saying that I have to want it bad enough to stick with it.... Since I have more to lose than you do I agree with Nancy that you have probably hit a plateau. Stick with it my friend ~ we can do it together! xo
