My Running Journal {W2, D1}

April 25th, 2011

Woo Hoo! Week 2, Day 1 down.

This week is a brisk 5 minute walk (warm up) and then alternating between 90 second jogs and 2 minute walks for 20 minutes with a 5 minute cool down walk.

Not so bad.  I made it.

Starting to think I like running.  Even though it says to take a break in between days I am going to run tomorrow because we are flying home tomorrow night and then I would have to run on Wednesday and Maya has dance.  I don't want to push it off until Thursday to keep my momentum going so I will just run two days in a row.

Very excited that I have made this commitment to myself.

  1. Ok, I think i did this same running program. I thought I hated running. But i totally became a runner. if I can do it , ANYONE can. I promise you'll begin to crave running. it's almost like therapy.
